Return Policy

At US Basics we believe in customer satisfaction. That is why we offer returns on any manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors. All defects, shortages, and other issues MUST be reported within 5 days upon receipt of your order. Delay in reporting may result in refusal to accept return/exchange or a partial refund. Exchanges are permitted for equal value provided the returned item is in saleable condition and the customer pays for return and exchange shipping costs. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Also, cost of shipping the goods is NON-REFUNDABLE on all orders. returns and exchanges should be clearly labeled with the RMA number on the box. Items returned without an approved RMA number are subject to disposal or return at the customer's expense.

Processing a Return

  • Complete the online return form with complete details and reason for return
  • Verify confirmation receipt of form submission via email
  • A Customer service representative will contact you within 72 hours with return instructions and RMA number
  • Send items back to the warehouse address. Please mark defective item with tape to help expedite the return process
  • Returns/Exchanges are inspected by the warehouse prior to issuing a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt by our warehouse for the refund to be reflected.


  • Custom order are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Items that have been embellished (printed, embroidered, tie-dyed, marked), washed, or faded will not be accepted for return
  • Discontinued items and items over 30 days old will not be returned
  • Claims must be made within 5 days upon receipt of the items
  • Items returned for any reason except defect or fulfillment error will be refunded minus shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
