What is the benefit of registering? Why should I log in to US Basics?
Registering to US Basics allows customers to get updates on our new products and promotions. You will also be entitled to specialty pricing depending on your account type. Our website shows retail pricing by default. When you log in to US Basics the site shows you pricing that is relative to you and your trade.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm EST.

We are located minutes away from New York City in the heart of Long Island. Our address is 349 Union Avenue, Westbury, NY 11590.

Do you have a showroom? Can I come to your location to make a purchase?
We are open to walk in customers. If you would like to visit our warehouse to make a purchase or to see our products feel free and let us know. For better assistance, we recommend you call ahead of time to schedule an appointment with a sales specialist.

How fast are my products shipped?
We offer our customers a range of shipping options. If you need the products quickly, please select the appropriate shipping option. If you need them faster, you can always visit our warehouse during business hours for order pickup.

Can you ship orders internationally?
Currently, we only ship to USA and Canada. We do not ship orders internationally but can ship to freight forwarder in the USA. For more information about international shipping, please feel free to give us a call.

How fast is my order ready for pickup?
If you have selected the pick-up shipping method, please allow 2 hours for orders to be processed. We also recommend giving us a call before picking up to avoid any delays.

What are custom products?
Custom products are items that are available for order but are not available in stock. These items are made by special order and will be shipped to you within 4 to 6 weeks. Please feel free to contact us for order updates.

Do you accept returns?
